Kitchen/ Dining B. No Significant change area There is no increase in square footage however some minor adjustments have been made to tie into the existing building,columns as they now exist. (1) Pro Shop revised to 601-4" vs 601-0" and footprint revised to elevation design ( S.F. Reduction to accomodate the building adjustment in width) Card Rm revised to 601-8" vs 601-0" and southern extension unchanged. Width reduced from 481-O"to 461-0" to accomodate increase at card room... ", Revised to accomodate'scale and city requirement for backup area at dumpster area. to building footprint and no increase in building (2) (3) (4 ) Lounge I Elevations- A. Clerestory windows eliminated on the South, East, and West Elevations to improve energy requirements of the building and to help reduce building height on the elevations. B. Building height is reduced at all porticos on the South, East and West Elevations by at least 41-0" to accomodate a much more esthetic scale. and reduce the building height. C.
