HIGH RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB
(Expansion of Building & Change in
Parking Lot Layout and Design)
As a condition of the site plan modification approval, the following
comments should be addressed in ,the related documents by the applicant:
1. Handicapped parking stalls ,must be striped in accordance with
the City of Boynton Beach Parking Lot Ordinance.
2. The plans indicate that the proposed addition will be constructed
in utility easements. These utility easements must be abandoned
as a condition of site plan approval,
3. The clubhouse must be accessible to the handicapped.
4. Construction details of the dumpster enclosure must be provided.
5. The proposed type of construction must be in compliance with Table 400
of the Standard Building Code. Indicate on the plans that the existing
and proposed construction will be Type V, protected and sprinkled.
6. Approval from the Palm Beach County Health Department is required.
The applicant's prompt compliance with the preceding comments will ensure
a timely permitting process.

COMMENTS:
1. Lighting intensity should be ,shown on the plans. Minimum
lighting is one foot candle.
2. Existing drainage to be shown and indicated to comply with
current Parking Lot Ordinance.
3. Raised curbs to be shown on plans at landscaped areas.
4. Existing pavement construction should be shown or included
in a typical cross-section.
5. Traffic control devices (stop signs) and pavement markings
should be shown in compliance with the Manual for Uniform
Traffic Control Devices.
6. Specifications for the resurfacing and striping should be
shown, ie., type of asphalt and paint/or thermo-plastic.

Please be advised of the Planning Department's comments regarding
the above-referenced request for approval of a site plan
modification:
1. No scale is provided on site plan.
2. A dumpster enclosure detail is needed. The code
requires a 6' high CBS masonry wall (matching
building) on three (3) sides of the dumpster on a
minimum 10' by 10'concrete slab with a minimum
ten (10) foot wide opening.
3. Existing light poles and catch basins should be
located on site plan.
4. The following information is needed on the existing
lighting: minimum illumination level inCluding
~ light curves, light source, wattage and photocell
activation.
