Handicapped parking stalls ,must be striped in accordance with the City of Boynton Beach Parking Lot Ordinance. 2. The plans indicate that the proposed addition will be constructed in utility easements. These utility easements must be abandoned as a condition of site plan approval, 3. The clubhouse must be accessible to the handicapped. 4. Construction details of the dumpster enclosure must be provided. 5. The proposed type of construction must be in compliance with Table 400 of the Standard Building Code. Indicate on the plans that the existing and proposed construction will be Type V, protected and sprinkled. 6. Approval from the Palm Beach County Health Department is required.
