Finizio Engineering Inspector II RE: Office Depot Engineering Department "Punch List" The following punch list i terns are to be corrected prior to the Engineering Depart:rrent signing off the "Office Depot" project: 1) Parking lot restoration of the excavation at the newly constructed sign does not meet mininu.nn specifications for restorations. The excavation, replacement of base material and the asphalt wearing surface was not inspected. Cold patch was utilized instead of hot mix asphalt and it is not compacted nor is it to finish grade. 2) Rerroval of parking stall "wheel-stops" from within the "No Parking" area should be completed in order for the existing site to comply with approved plans. 3) Asphalt repair. nor was surface at east side of truckwell area is darraged and in need of Also the asphalt repair at center of building does not meet grade, it inspected or compacted, (located rear of building). 4) Parking stall striping at "No Parking" area requires blackening out, per approved plan set.
