These plans, were approved subj ect to your compliance with the attached stipulations and must now be modified to incorporate same. To initiate your sign-off procedure, please submit two (2) sets of modified plans to the Office of the Site Development Division of the Building Department. This office will record the required identification markings on each set of the modified plans. After each set of modified plans has the appropriate markings, you should proceed with your sign-off on each set of plans from each Technical Review Board member who made comments. The Zoning & site Development Administrator will provide the Building Department sign-off and is the last Technical Review Board member to review and sign-off the plans. ~f the Building Department did not have comments that require sign~off, they are still the last department to handle and process the plans. One (1) set of final signed-off plans will remain with the Building Department and the other set of plans will be returned to you to be retained at the job site. Haag, Zoning & Site Development Administrator RE: COURTESY COMMENTS FOR LEISUREVILLE RECREATION CENTER ft 3 Upon review of the above mentioned project, the following list of comments have been provided as a courtesy with the applicant's full knowledge that there will be a full review made when the project's site plan is placed on a Technical Review Board agenda: 1. Provide a site plan drawing identifying property line and show location of proposed addition by giving a dimension to the exterior wall of the addition from two adjacent property lines. Building setback dimensions must comply with Appendix A - Zoning. . 2. Show ,a continuous landscape barrier at the northeast corner of the parking area to screen the vehicle use area from adjacent public right-of-way. 3. Show trees planted at a maximum of forty feet (40') on center in a landscape strip with a minimum width of five feet (5') along public right-of-way where a landscape barrier is required to screen a vehicle use area. 4. Identify that all landscape material shall be provid~d with an automatic irrigation water supply system. 5. Correctly identify zoning district on plans. 6. Correctly identify the area of proposed addition. 7. On plans, show the appropriate number of handicapped parking spaces at locations that provide handicapped accessibility to the building. On the plans, include a detailed drawing showing size of handicapped parking stall, color and size of pavement markings, slope and width of handicapped accessibility path leading to the huilding entrance and location and height of handicapped parking signage. Show a detailed drawing of handicapped parking space which includes: A. Width and length of space B. Striping location, width and color C. Location of handicapped space insignia D.
