Subject: ROUSE BUILDING Dear Mr. Annunziato: I have been advised by Digby Bridges that you requested we move the existing control structure south to the swale area. The purpose for doing this was to allow impurities to be filtered by the green area. Please note from the attached drawing of the required and approved gate, that the run-off enters the gate at the bottom through a pipe and passes over the weir and runs into the canal. Moving the control structure would not change the course of flow, or increase any filtering. The proposed drainage design shows the run-off from the area south of the building to be filtered through grass and be piped to the existing catch basin. The run-off from existing &reas are filtered in the trench, pass through a pollution baffle in the final structure and flow into the control structure and on into the canal. Changing the location of the control structure would not change the sequence of flow and only be an unneccessary expense. I request that the proposed plan be approved as submitted. Indicate on the site plan the location of the handicap stalls. Two (2) handicap stalls are required. 2. Handicap striping must be four (4) feet wide and painted blue in conformance with City codes. 3. Handicap parking signs, in conformance with State Department of Transportation standards, must be provided at each handi- cap parking stall. 4. All buildings must be accessible to the handicapped. Provide spot elevations on the site plan indicating accessibility. 5. All plans submitted for pub~ic record by a design profes- sional, registered in ~he State of Florida, must be signed and sealed. ... 6. Details of the light poles must be provided. South Florida Water Management approval is required. 13. Lake Worth Drainage District approval is required. 14. Reconstruct the existing sidewalk on Thor Drive to match the sidewalk on Neptune Drive. 15. Curbing must be provided around all landscape areas adjacent to parking stalls and along all curvilinear driveways where vehicular encroachment is likely. 16. The inside dimension of the enclosure shall be 10 feet by 10 feet. Provide a wall detail. 3. No invert elevations have been provided for the existing catch basins in the paved areas or the control gate.
