commission approved the referenced conditional use and site plan
subject to staff comments, copies of which are attached.

The approval of the City entitles you to construct only the
improvements shown on the site plan. The site plan will be
viewed procedurally as an as-built or record drawing.

As a requirement of conditional use approval, the following comments
should be incorporated into the related documents by the applicant:
1. The project must have approval from the Palm Beach County Health
Department.
2..Unity of Title for the three parcels must be provided.
3. All buildings must have handicapped accessibility.
4. Dumpster details must specify column locations.
The applicant's prompt compliance with the preceding comments will
insure a timely permitting process.

1. Show existing water meters and sanitary services for the.
single family homes.
2. Access to the sanitary manhole in front of the subject units
must be maintained. When will the proposed gate be normally
left open, and who will have keys to it in the event of an
emergency?
