Dear Mr. Clark:
In reply to your letter of September' 3, 1986, we wish to advise that Florida
Public Utilities Company has no objection to the abandonment of S.W. 26th
Avenue West of Seacrest Boulevard. At the present time, we have no under-
ground gas distribution fac~lities within thi~ right-of-way.
We would also not object to the abandonment of that portion of S.W. 2nd
Street as shown on the attached sketch provided an easement at least 12
feet in width (as shown in red on the sketch) is maintained across the
Northwesterly end of the proposed right-of-way abandonment.
We presently have a four inch gas main in the easement along the North side of
Lot 5 and we must maintain a continuous easement across the abandoned right-
of-way of S.W. 2nd Street.
If we can furnish any additional information, please do not hesitate to call
us.

the appropriate easements, objects to the proposed abandonment.

a road right-of-way submitted by Bethesda Memorial Hospital and o. Alan

Begin at the northwest corner of " Lot 5, Pine Crest Ridge, according
