At the present time, we have no under- ground gas distribution fac~lities within thi~ right-of-way. We would also not object to the abandonment of that portion of S.W. 2nd Street as shown on the attached sketch provided an easement at least 12 feet in width (as shown in red on the sketch) is maintained across the Northwesterly end of the proposed right-of-way abandonment. We presently have a four inch gas main in the easement along the North side of Lot 5 and we must maintain a continuous easement across the abandoned right- of-way of S.W. 2nd Street.
