I would like to take this opportunity to reiterate the County's position with regard to access to serve this site. i Because of the type and number of vehicles anticipated to be visiting the site, and the proximity of the site to what will likely be a signalized intersection, we cannot support the proposed direct access to High Ridge Road. Instead of this direct access, we have suggested that the site access onto Miner Road, This would give the large, slow moving garbage trucks access to, a future signalized intersection. : Also, any problems which might be caused by vehicles queuing from the signal, south across the presently proposed driveway would be eliminated. I hope this is sufficient to clarify the County's position on this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact this office if you have any questions. Sincerely, OFFWA~LNEER Charles R. Walker, Jr., P.E.
