Haag, Zoning & site Development Administrator RE: NCNB - FREE STANDING SIGN , Upon review of the above mentioned project, the following comments must be addressed in order to conform with Boynton Beach City Codes: Show on site plan drawing the location of sign by providing dimensions from two (2) adjacent property lines to the edge of sign face. In order to facilitate the permitting process, the following information should be included within your documents submitted to the Building Department for required permits. 1. State on plans that all other free standing signs at the site will be removed. 2. Sign structures located in easement will require written approval from all parties which have access to easement. 3. The definition of free standing sign allows the sign to identify title of project or one (1) main use only. Tenant to provide letter from owner of site stating that they accept these requirements for the proposed free standing sign. 4. SUBJECT: February 8, 1990 NCNB at Woolbright Corporate Center (sign) Administrative Site Plan Modification - File No. 406 DATE: Please be advised of the following Planning Department comments with respect to the above-referenced request for administrative approval that will need to be addressed on 2 sets of revised plans for "final sign-off" prior to applying for a sign permit: 1. Show the new location of the revised sign detail submittea after the site plan deadline. As discussed, the revised sign must be set back from the front property line a minimrirn\ distance equal to the width of the existing utility ease- ment. A setback greater than this minimum distance is acceptable provided the sign does not encroach into the existing access easement. 2. The wording of the sign as shown on the revised sign detail does not meet the sign code which states that freestanding signs shall identify "only the project title or one main usell.
