Site Plan Mo ification - Staff Comments
1. Parking space cal ulations are rounded to the next highest
whole number. Am nd sheet SP-l and application to reflect a
total of 165 park'ng spaces required for 49,272 square feet
gross floor area. Appendix A, Section ll(H)14.
2. Sheet SP-l indica es 181 9 foot by 18 foot stalls which is
accurate. Amend he application which indicates 187, 9 foot
by 18 foot stalls.
3. The site data tab e on sheet SP-I indicates commercial/
office uses. The Quantum Park master plan limits this
parcel to office see
4. Resubmit the pavi g and drainage plan to verify that no
retaining walls earthwork are needed to construct the
concrete decks as was shown on the original site plan.

5. Resubmit the lig ting plan to verify that the security
lighting in the ar of the building has not changed as a

6. The comments fro the December 1988 site plan modification
have not been si ned-off. Since these comments have not
been addressed w'th this request, the applicant shall
address the prev'ous comments simultaneously with the new
