Quantum Park Master Plan Modlfication
(Lots 12-14, Motorola) Estimate of Cost for Staff
Review Time - MPMD 94-007
There is no set application fee for master plan moqificatlons for
DRI's, such as Quantum Park. This is due to the large variation
in staff time necessary to reVlew such requests and the State law
requirement of advertising which is not required of other master
plan modlflcations.
Historically, fees for processing this type of request have been
billed, Therefore, please provide, in writing to this office by
Thursday, November 17, 1994, an estimate of the total cost of
your review of the above request for Quantum Park. In
calculating this figure, please remember to include 35% for cost
of employee benefits, i.e. determine number of hours spent
reviewing project/preparing correspondence, multiply this by your
hourly wage and then finally multiply this figure by 35% for the
total cost to review. You need not itemize the amount of time
spent, however, please keep a record of your calcu~tions in the
event the cost is dlsputed by the applicant. A '\~lcfj D ~

Quantum Park PID - Master Plan Modification
New Site Plan
FROM:
RE:
DATE:
November 8, 1994
There are no comments pertaining to the master plan modification.
The following comments pertain to the existing trees shown on lots
#12, #13, and #14.
1. The existing Slash Pine trees that must be removed because of
grade changes greater than 6" must be quantified and replaced.
They can be replaced with native trees on portions of the site
that are in excess of the minimum landscape requirements.
Please show these locations on the landscape plan.
2. The three (3) existing Oak trees and one (1) Sabal Palm tree
must be relocated to a green space on the site.
3. The existing trees in the road R.O.W. must be relocated for
access through the ingress/egress locations.
4. The applicant must submit a comment that the site will not be
applying towards microsite consideration.
5. The road R.O.W. must receive irrigation from the existing
system or the system on site.
