refer enced gr een wall and minor architectural changes to the R iv er w alk r esidential building, depicting the following:
Addition of pool pav ilion;
Changes to the approv ed building colors;
Par king planters detail; and
Pr oposed plant m aterial for the required green w all.
Please be informed that your request to revise the site plan drawings as indicated abov e has been r ev iew ed for compliance w ith
the applicable S ite Dev elopm ent Standar ds of the L and Development Regulations (Part III, Chapter 4), and is hereby appr oved subject
to the follow ing conditions of appr oval:
1. At time of planting, the quantity and size of the parking planter plant mater ial (Cor al Honeysuckle and Corky-stem Passion
Vine) shall be consistent w ith the specifications (quantity, size and spr ead) indicated on the approv ed S hrub and Gr ound Cover
Planting Plan (L8 -05 ).
2. The plant mater ial shall be maintained in a healthy condition and at an adequate size to for m the r equir ed gr een wall.
