Minor Site Plan Modification
This letter is intended to provide the Project Narrative/ Scope of Work for the above referenced project.
This project is the conversion of an existing Mattress One store into a Fifth Third Bank retail branch bank
location.
Interior scope includes full removal and replacement of existing finishes and lighting, and selective
demolition of interior partitions and mechanical equipment. New interior partitions, finishes, millwork,
lighting, and MEP items to be installed as indicated on Building Permit Plans.
Exterior scope is limited to select items to repair and clean the building as required. This includes the
repair and replacement of broken roof tiles, pressure washing the entire facility, repairing cracks and
damaged gutters as required, and repainting the entire façade. New paint consists of three neutral
colors as required per the code. The front entry doors are being replaced within the existing storefront
system, all other exterior walls, doors, windows, and drive-thru are exiting to remain.
