This letter is in response to your Minor Development Application subm itted on 7 /10 /20 23 for administr ative approv al of the abov e-
refer enced Minor S ite Plan Modification (MMS P-2 02 3.07 .1 57 98 ), depicting the following:
1. New tennis pr o-shop building;
2. Bev er age station;
3. Bocce Ball courts;
4. S eating and bar beque area; and
5. Associated site impr ovements (i.e. landscape, dr ainage, walkways).
Please be informed that above-mentioned Minor Development request has been reviewed for com pliance with the Minor S ite Plan
Modification r ev iew criter ia of the L and Development Regulations (Chapter 2 , Article II, Section, 2.F), and is her eby approv ed subject to
the follow ing conditions of appr oval:
1. Pr ior to per m it application, contact the Public Wor ks Departm ent (5 61 -74 2-6 20 0) r egarding the r em oval of refuse dur ing the
constr uction phase per CODE, S ection 10 -26 (a).
2. Pr ior to the issuance of the building per m it, submit copies of the r equir ed shop dr aw ings as appr oved by the Design Engineer .
3. Pr ior to issuance of the Building Per m it, a pre-constr uction meeting w ith the City's Engineering Div ision held jointly w ith the
Utility Depar tment is r equir ed.
4. In order for final closeout and project com pletion of the r equir ed impr ovements, the engineer of r ecor d shall cer tify in writing
that the r equir ed impr ovements w er e installed under his responsible dir ection; that all im prov em ents confor m w ith the
approv ed civ il engineering dr aw ings, and all law s, r egulations, codes and or dinances. In addition, the applicant's engineer of
record shall submit tests and r eposts (concer ning the wor k and m aterials used during constr uction of the required
impr ovements), in addition to as-built drawings on a high-quality time stable r eproducible m aterial show ing the original design
as com pared to the actual finished w ork.
5. Acceptance of these plans during the Minor S ite Plan Modification process does not ensur e that additional com m ents may not
be gener ated dur ing permit r ev iew .
