2. Be advis ed that material of the propos ed building does not appear to meet code. Per code, the architectural des ign of the proposed
buildings is subjec t to the General D es ign S tandards of the City's Land D evelopment Regulations (Chapter 4, Article I I I , S ec tion 3).
Ens ure the building des ign is c ompatible with the architectural des ign of the existing buildings . Be advis ed that the exterior building
f inis hes are limited to brick , stone, stucc o and/ or block s (split f ac e, pre-f ormed, or textured), and the color s cheme should inc lude at
least three (3) c ompatible building colors. Provide color elevations of eac h building, including the beverage station, with the propos ed
materials and paint colors clearly labeled. Additionally, provide color s amples with manufacturer spec if ic ations.
