accordance with the attached plan provided to us on 7/18/23. Bank of America will need to obtain approval
from the City of Boynton Beach as well and any other municipalities that require such approval.

Please send me an approval email on 07/24/2023. I will inform you when we complete the project. We plan to start as
soon as we get Landlord approval.
