GENERAL INTRODUCTION
All signage shall follow the criteria on this package. The intent of this Criteria Package is to define and establish the Hunters Run Country Club Property Owner's
Association ("POA"), Signage Master Development Guidelines. The Homeowner's Association of the Communities within Hunters Run Country Club shall not
be subject to this Criteria Package and shall follow City of Boynton Beach Code of Ordinance.
Standards on this Criteria package shall be assumed but not limited to govern all Signage, Monument Wall Signage, and Directional Signage on Summit Ave.,
Clubhouse Lane and other streets on the property of the POA. Signage and any other monument wall outside of POA property line shall follow all City of
Boynton Beach ordinance requirements and restrictions. In case that where the Criteria Package conflicts with the City Ordinance or Regulations, this document
shall govern.
Exceptions or options to Wall Signage, Graphic Colors, Graphic Size, Lettering Size, Lettering Fabrication, Stone or Veneer provided on this Criteria Manual shall
be review and approved by the POA prior to City of Boynton Beach submittal for review and construction approval. Construction of any sign or monument
mention in this Criteria Package shall not start without Hunters Runs Country Club approval and the required City permits.
