To Whom It May Concern,
We are requesting a minor site plan modification for the Cambridge PUD to allow for
solid aluminum insulated roofs with screen walls on the side patio. We are requesting this
specifically for the work we propose to do at 9 Cambridge Dr in Hunters Run. This unit is
the Villa VIII Construction and we plan to comply with all current building codes as
follows:
1. Construction to be done within the perimeter of the existing block walls and slab.
2. Flat aluminum roof to tie into existing structure per engineering and current Florida
building codes. Specific to this project: The roof will stop at the house wall and not
extend past, a screen roof will be attached to cover the remaining slab, neither the
aluminum nor the screen roof will extend past the already existing block wall.
4. Walls will be charcoal fiber mesh screening.
5. Existing landscaping around the perimeter of the existing walls to be left in original
state.
6. The community has given their written permission for this type of installation.
