RE: Minor Site Plan Modification
Cambridge I PUD at Hunters Run
To Yaza Bata,
The approved request from Hunters Run Regarding the Minor Site Plan for
Cambridge I at Hunters Run was approved by the community for the Screen Depot to act
as an authorized agent.
They are seeking as per their letter for the entire section of Cambridge I and have
only mentioned that they received and approved the ARC/HOA application for unit 9
Cambridge Drive.
This pre -approval action was taken before we proceeded with filing the Minor Site
Plan Modification to insure fees were not paid only to be rejected by community CMO.
This request is for the complete section of Cambridge I just as all the surrounding areas
are also approved for this type of project.

The Screen Depot, Inc. is formalizing this request to apply for a Site Plan Modification
regarding the community of Cambridge I at Hunters Run Condominium Association.
This letter serves to notify the City of Boynton Beach Building Department/Planning &
Zoning that we have been granted the express permission by Cambridge I at Hunters Run
Condominium Association to act as their agent in filing this modification. This
authorization allows The Screen Depot, Inc. to submit any applications, provide
necessary documentation, and represent the interests of the community as it pertains
specifically to the modification of the site-specific plans currently on file for the
Cambridge I PUD, for which formal ARC/HOA approval has already been granted for 9
Cambridge Dr.
