They are seeking as per their letter for the entire section of Cambridge I and have only mentioned that they received and approved the ARC/HOA application for unit 9 Cambridge Drive. This pre -approval action was taken before we proceeded with filing the Minor Site Plan Modification to insure fees were not paid only to be rejected by community CMO. This request is for the complete section of Cambridge I just as all the surrounding areas are also approved for this type of project.
