THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH SAMPLES, SUBMITTALS, SHOP DRAWINGS, FOR FIXED AND OPERABLE HURRICANE SHUTTERS, MILLWORK, FIREPLACE, WINDOWS AND DOORS, AND TRUSSES, ETC. THE DRAWINGS ARE FOR CONSTRUCTION. THE DIMENSIONS MAY VARY DO TO THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS AND FIELD CONDITIONS. ALL DIMENSIONS MUST BE FIELD VERIFIED PRIOR TO FABRICATION. 9. ON-SITE VERIFICATION OF ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. NOTED DIMENSIONS TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER SCALE. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE THAT ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL DRAWINGS ARE EMPLOYED SIMULTANEOUSLY IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT. ANY DISCREPANCIES SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY. 13. NO DEVIATIONS OF THESE PLANS ARE ALLOWED EXCEPT WITH WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE ARCHITECT. 14. BEFORE SUBMISSION OF BID, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VISIT THE SITE AND BECOME FAMILIARIZED WITH THE EXISTING CONDITIONS. 15. LAWFUL AND PROPER DISPOSAL OF ALL WASTE MATERIAL SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR. 16.
