Dear Mr. Bata,
Below is a summary of the exterior scope of work that is to occur at the above referenced property under the above
referenced permit application number.
1. Repaint the exterior surfaces of the building dark gray with the Walmart True Blue as an accent color and
keep the sills around the building Existing To Remain (ETR) to provide a third color. Sills are unpainted in
white concrete.
• $44,000 - Entire Building Repaint
• $5,603 - Liquor store addition
2. Repaint the exterior surfaces of the motorcycle shelter, bus shelter and arbors dark gray.
• $2,500
3. Apply vinyl film on prefinished metal panels on the front elevation.
• $3,055
4. Signage scope of work will be permitted through a separate permit application.
5. Install new door at Breakroom, replace the concrete sidewalk with concrete stoop and install exterior light
fixture.
• $13,460 - Everything but Sidewalk
• $70/SF - Sidewalk remove and replace
6. Replace door at Receiving and reuse existing frame.
• $2,500
7. Replace double door and frame at the Liquor store.
• $5,850
8. Provide opening in left elevation wall for refrigeration recharging station and install two (2) new pipe
bollards painted safety yellow with associated concrete work.
• $5,532
9. Install two (2) decorative bollards at Liquor store entrance with associated concrete work.
• $4,882
10. Replace precast concrete cap with metal coping cap at compactor screen wall.
• $32,407
11. Replace existing and add new light fixtures under Walmart sign area on right elevation (breezeway area)
• $2,720
12. Install one (1) new glycol skid and one (1) new condenser unit on roof with associated electrical,
refrigeration and structural work.
• $9,622 (Part of larger scope)
13. Remove one (1) condenser on roof with associated electrical and refrigeration work.
• $2,765
