Flynn Engineer ing - 24 1 Com m er cial Boulev ar d, L auder dale By The S ea, Fl 3 33 08 Lauderdale By The Sea, Florida 33 06 7 Techni cal Compl ia n ce Le tter for Hunte rs Run Country Club - Sou th Cou rse Renov ati on -LDP-2025.08.5275 Dear Flynn Engineer ing Services, P.A., P ursuant to the provisions of C hapter 2, A rticle III, S ection 3 of the C ity of B oynton B each L and D evelopment Regulations (L D R), this letter shall serve as written notice that the Civil plans titled “Hunters Run Country Club South Course Renovation”, prepared by Dennis R S hultz, P E of F lynn E ngi neering, digitally signed J anuary 21, 2026 for the above referenced project submitted via S A G E S GO V under P roject C ase#LDP-2025.08.5275 are in technical compliance. The issuance of this technical compliance letter does not exempt the applicant from obtaining the necessary/appli cable building permits prior to construction. C ontact the B uilding D epartment to determine the required permits associated with the proposed improvements. Prior to issuance of a Land Development Permit (LDP), attend a pre-construction meeting with City’s Utilities and Engineering Division. Contact Milot Emile at 561-742-6407 or EmileM@bbfl.us to schedule meeting. The following shall be provided at least two (2) weeks prior to the pre-construction meeting: 1. Remit L and D evelopment P ermit F ee in the amount of $13,137.65 (2.3% of the construction cost, excluding water and sewer, minus $75.00 minimum application fee and $600.00 engineering review fees previously paid). 2. Submit a copy of materials specifications and shop drawings approved by the Engineer of Record. 3. S ubmit a copy of all appli cable outside agency permits, including but not limited to: F lorida D epartment of Transportation (F D OT), S outh F lorida Water Management D i strict (S F W M D ), L ake Worth D rainage D istrict (LW D D ), F lorida D epartment of E nvironmental P rotection (F D E P ), NP D E S NOI, P alm B each C ounty Health D epartment (P B C HD ), P alm B each C ounty E ngineering D epartment (P B C E D ), and P alm B each C ounty D epartment of E nvironmental Resource Management (P B C D E RM). The NP D E S NO I was already provided. C opies of the permits from S F W M D , LW D D and F D E P (for dewatering) are still outstanding. 4. S ubmit detailed construction mitigation plans. A ll construction activity regulated by the L D R shall be performed i n a manner so as not to adversely impact the conditions of adjacent properties, unless such activity i s permitted to affect said property pursuant to a consent granted by the adjacent property owner, under terms or conditions agreeable to the adjacent property owner. This includes, but is not limi ted to, the control of dust, noise, water or drainage runoff, debris and the storage of construction materials. (L D R C h. 2. A rt. III. S ec. 3.D .3.) Impacts on businesses, public inconvenience, disruption to multi-modal and vehicular/pedestrian travel on roadways/sidewalks in the vicinity of construction shall be minimized. C onstruction mitigation plans shall include the following information (as applicable): Construction schedule, phasing, staging, and storage Construction fencing, ingress/egress and sight triangles Construction personnel parking – if an off-site location is secured for this purpose, verify that a tram or shuttle will be provided between the construction site and the parking area(s) and provide a copy of the agreement with the property owner. Construction traffic routes and delivery schedules Dust control and street cleaning plan Construction refuse removal in adherence to City’s ordinance, Sec. 10-26(a). Contact the Public Works Department (561-742-6200) for a roll-off container. Hours of work in adherence to City’s noise ordinance Sec. 15-8 MOT plans for proposed closures/detours affecting vehicular or pedestrian travel Hurricane preparedness plans in the event of a hurricane warning and/or watch. Prior to Engineering Final Inspection and closeout of Land Development Permit: 1. Engineer's Certification(s) of Completion 2. Tests and reports (i.e. SWPP reports, density test reports) 3. Record Drawings/As-builts (PDF & CAD) 4. C opies of all operating and maintenance permi ts necessary to activate or put in use all support systems for the project, including but not limited to PBCHD, SFWMD, NPDES NOT.
