Project Description
The subject project is generally described as site civil engineering services associated with the demolition and reconstruction of
the existing racquet facilities. A new, approximately, 12,000 sqft building is being proposed to provide club member amenities.
The project area is part of a larger plan, previously permitted with the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD)
under permit# 50-00636-S within Area#2 (111-acre basin).
The project does not affect adjacent parcels nor accept offsite flows. Improvements are anticipated to support the intent of the
proposed racquet facility without modifying the historical flows. There is no proposed change to the basin limits nor staging.
The project area is in flood zone X per FEMA FIRM#12099C0976G, effective 12/20/2024.
The project is anticipated to require a SFWMD Minor Works permit. No additional SFWMD permits are expected.

The improvements will result in the net increase of approximately ±0.29 acres of additional impervious area within the 2.65-
acre project limits.
The proposed drainage system will include grading, basins and swales to collect stormwater runoff and convey runoff to the
existing stormwater management system. There are no proposed changes to the existing stormwater management facility. New
impervious areas proposed will be treated for water quality and nutrient loading by exfiltration trench as required by SFWMD.

Min. Road = 11.46 (NAVD ’88) or 13.00 (NGVD ‘29)
Min. Floor. = 14.46 (NAVD ’88) or 16.00 (NGVD ‘29)
