Drainage Statement Page 1 of 1 DRAINAGE STATEMENT High Ridge Country Club - Existing Permit Summary • Site is within existing SFWMD Permit 50-00697-S originally permitted in 1979 • There are 4 total basins with this permit inclluding an off-site Stanford Basin that flows thru an existing control structure into the golf course lake system • Golf course is divided into 3 sub-basins: NE, SE, & SW • Lakes in NE Basin have a CWE of 6.5 NAVD 88 (8.0 NGVD) • Lakes in SE Basin have a CWE of 9.5 NAVD 88 (11.0 NGVD) • Lakes in SW Basin have a CWE of 6.5 NAVD 88 (8.0 NGVD) • The 3 existing control structures that discharge to the LWDD E-4 canal will be reduced to only exising CS#1 (NE Basin) and CS#2 (SW Basin). The previous CS#3 (SW Basin) was removed in the previous 2010 modification and will not be replaced since the lakes in the SW Basin were also previously interconnected in the 2010 golf course modification. • The 1 existing internal control structure from the SE to NE sub-basin will remain 2026 Golf Course Renovation Summary • SFWMD permit modification is under review as application 25620-54133. • Golf course modification proposes to excavate 1.59 acres of new lake and fill 3.70 acres of existing lake for a net decrease of 2.11 acres of lake in Basin NE • Golf course modification proposes to excavate 1.11 acres of new lake and fill 0.49 acres of existing lake for a net increase of 0.62 acres of lake in Basin SE . • Golf course modification proposes to excavate 3.19 acres of new lake and fill 2.29 acres of existing lake for a net increase of 0.90 acres of lake in Basin SW • Lakes in Basin NE have an elevation of 8.5 and a size of 6.80 ac at the top of bank • Lakes in Basin SE have an elevation of 11.5 and a size of 9.61 ac at the top of bank • Lakes in Basin SW have an elevation of 8.5 and a size of 8.08 ac at the top of bank • Minor changes are proposed to the existing grading of the golf course and to accommodate the lake modifications noted. • Water Quality is already provided in the existing lakes and calculations are provided to demonstrate that adequate water quality is still being provided • Water Quantity is already provided in the existing lakes and pre vs post routings are provided to demonstrate that the improvments do not result in increased flood stages.
