This letter serves as formal authorization for Summer Stevens to act as an authorized agent on
behalf of Cotleur & Hearing Landscape Architecture, LLC in all matters related to the Minor
Development Application for High Ridge Country Club. Ms. Stevens is authorized to prepare,
submit, and represent the application, and to communicate with all applicable agencies or
departments involved in the review and approval process. This authorization extends to all steps
required for the successful processing of the application, including but not limited to presenting
and discussing project details with city officials, revising plans as necessary, and ensuring
compliance with all applicable ordinances and regulations.
