We, High Ridge Country Club, Inc., the property owner, hereby authorize Cotleur & Hearing, as
agent, to act on our behalf in all matters related to the submission, processing, and representation
of the Minor Development Application for the proposed modification of the Golf Course for High
Ridge Country Club, located at 2400 Hypoluxo Road, before the City of Boynton Beach.
Cotleur & Hearing is authorized to submit all necessary documentation, attend any required
hearings or meetings, communicate with the appropriate City departments, and respond to any
inquiries regarding the application. This authorization extends to all steps required for the
successful processing of the application, including but not limited to presenting and discussing
project details with city officials, revising plans as necessary, and ensuring compliance with all
applicable ordinances and regulations.
This authorization is effective immediately and will remain in effect for the duration of the
application process, including any follow-up requirements or amendments as may be needed.
