the public art requirements. Any proposed development, redevelopment, or remodeling project that has a
construction value of $500,000 or more is subject to the Arts in Public Places Ordinances 05-060 and
07-002 (Part II, City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2, Article XII) shall provide the following:
