Re: 112 SE 23rd Ave- Minor Development Application
To Whom It May Concern,
Please accept this letter as a project narrative for a Minor Site Plan Modification for the property located at
112 SE 23rd Ave in the City of Boynton Beach. This is a revision to the previously approved Minor Site Plan
Modification (2025.11.7139). We request that the previously approved application be voided, as this new
application will also encompass the elevation changes.
The changes are related to the entry feature that’s visible from SE 23rd Ave, which includes the removal of a
parking space and the addition of landscaping in its place. Besides these minor site improvements, the project
scope is limited to exterior architectural elevation changes as illustrated in the submitted drawings. The
previous owner has improved the property to its current condition under permit # BP 20-2018 and we are not
impacting the building footprint or the size of the building.
Once approved, we will go through the building permit process for these improvements as well as interior
improvements for a professional office use.
