This letter is in response to your Minor Development Application submitted on March 17, 2026, requesting administrative approval for
the above-referenced project. The application proposes repainting the building exterior with the following updated color scheme:
• Sherwin Williams, Satin Finish – West Highland White (SW 7566): applied to all windows and roof trim.
• Sherwin Williams, Satin Finish – Egret White (SW 7570): applied to all upper portions of the building and the pool pergola.
• Sherwin Williams, Satin Finish – Mindful Gray (SW 7016): applied to all lower portions of the building and the carports.
• Sherwin Williams, Satin Finish – Waterloo (SW 9141): applied to all shutters, garage doors, front doors, and metal railings.
Please be informed that your request has been reviewed for compliance with the criteria defined in Part III, Chapter 2, Article II, Section
2. F. 3. Minor Site Plan of the Land Development Regulations, and is hereby approved.
