This project is designed to enhance the community’s curb appeal, foster pride among our residents, and

color palette and elevations were thoughtfully selected to complement the surrounding neighborhood
and embrace the stunning coastal character of Boynton Beach. Our vision focuses on refreshing the
existing colors while staying true to the community's established aesthetic. By refining the palette, we
aim to highlight the beauty of life along the Floridian coast and create a cohesive, welcoming
environment that feels both timeless and distinctly local.
Our proposal includes updated exterior colors that enhance existing architectural details, unify the
overall look, and bring a renewed sense of vibrancy to the community. Our team ensured that the
proposed paint colors met the City’s established paint guidelines. These improvements are designed to
enhance the community’s appearance, support long-term value, strengthen neighborhood appeal, and
reinforce IMT Gulfstream as a place that residents are proud to call home—and Boynton Beach is proud
