Please be informed that your request has been reviewed for com pliance with the Landscape Design and Buffer ing Standar ds criter ia
of the Land Dev elopm ent R egulations (Par t III, Chapter 4 , Article II), and is hereby appr oved subject to the follow ing conditions of
approv al:
1. Pr oposed impr ovements for development within a m aster stormwater system shall confor m w ith SFWMD Per m it 5 0-0 47 76 -P.
Please pr ovide a copy of S FWMD permit m odification or exemption letter.
2. The proposed im prov em ents are less than 80 0 sf decrease in per v ious area; how ev er , under no condition will a site (or lot) be
allow ed to be graded to dr ain to any adjacent privately held property. At the time of per m it, prov ide a gr ading plan and
section(s) along south pr oper ty line.
3. Landscaping shall not conflict with lighting to include long ter m tree canopy gr owth.
4. Landscaping should not obstr uct view fr om door s, w indows or walkways.
