PROJECT NARRATIVE
Exterior Stucco and Painting Improvements
Project Address:
400 South Federal Highway
Boynton Beach, Florida
Scope of Work
The proposed work consists of exterior cosmetic improvements to the existing building at 400 South Federal Highway,
Boynton Beach, Florida.
The work will include preparation of the existing exterior wall surfaces, including cleaning, scraping, and minor repairs as
required to provide a sound substrate.
A smooth-finish stucco application will be installed over the applicable existing exterior surfaces. All surfaces will be
properly prepared and bonded as required for the new stucco finish.
Following completion and appropriate curing/preparation of the stucco, the entire exterior of the building will be
painted using an exterior-grade BEHR coating suitable for masonry and stucco surfaces.

The exterior Trim of the building will be painted using an exterior-grade BEHR coating suitable for wood trim and stucco
around windows.

The exterior Doors of the building will be painted using an exterior-grade BEHR coating suitable for wood and Metal
Doors.

The work is limited to exterior finish and cosmetic improvements. No structural alterations are proposed. The project
will not modify the existing building footprint, occupancy, or use.
No modifications to existing doors, windows, electrical systems, plumbing systems, or other building systems are
included as part of this scope unless specifically required by the Building Department in connection with the exterior
finish work.
All work will be performed in accordance with applicable requirements of the Florida Building Code and the City of
Boynton Beach Building Department.
