Ocean Avenue Boynton Beach, FL 33435 Attn: Luiza Pessoa Guazzelli, P.E., Engineer III Re: Lake Worth Christian School Elementary School Phase 2 Expansion Request for Land Development Permit Luiza: Please accept this cover letter that attempts to outline the items being submitted through the City’s permitting portal. We hereby apply for a Land Development Permit. This application contains the following items: 1. Site Development Plans (includes water/sanitary/drainage/paving/etc.) 2. Boundary Survey 3. Owner’s Consent Form 4. Drainage Statement1 5. Composite Utility Plan2 6. Copies of Utility Provider Requests and Responses 7. Landscape Plan 8. Lighting/Photometric Plan3 9. Engineer’s Opinion of Cost 10. Project Site Plan4 The following notes relate to the superscripted items above: 1 As I previously mentioned in one of our phone calls, we will not be preparing formal surface water management calculations for the site. The proposed finished floor elevation lies more than ten feet above the SFWMD-permitted 100-year 3-day storm stage. Further, the net loss of soil storage expected from the construction of the proposed building will have negligible effects on typical surface water management elevation thresholds. We expect, much like development of the first phase, SFWMD will issue a Minor Modification based upon this same approach. 2 The attached Composite Utility Plan is presented based upon responses received from relevant utility providers except AT&T. As of this writing, no response has been provided from that company. We ask that you continue review of the application without this information. Telecommunications service will be provided through Michael B. Schorah and Associates, Inc. Luiza Pessoa Guazzelli, P.E. May 7, 2026 Page 2 connection to lines in the existing Phase 1 building. When AT&T provides a response, we will deliver a copy to your attention. 3 The provided lighting/photometric plan provided addresses down lighting at the building’s main north entry. There are no other proposed lighting improvements. 4 We have provided a copy of the Site Plan being resubmitted simultaneously with this application. The first round of comments has been addressed. Documentation of final approval will be provided upon receipt. Should you have any questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me. Respectfully submitted, Michael J. LaCoursiere, P.E.
