Permits required from other permitting agencies such as Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Lake Worth Drainage District (LWDD), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Palm Beach County Health Department (PBCHD), Palm Beach County Engineering Department (PBCED), Palm Beach County Department of Environmental Resource Management (PBCDERM) and any others, shall be required prior to issuance of a Land Development Permit. d. The unsigned composite utility plan will be accepted at the time of site plan, however, a signed composite utility plan will be required prior to issuance of the Land Development Permit.
