to act as the authorized agent for the property owner in connection with the City of Boynton
Beach permit application and permitting process for the exterior painting project at Parkside
Townhomes.
The authorized agent may submit the permit application and supporting documentation,
communicate with the City of Boynton Beach regarding the application, respond to City
comments or requests for additional information, and perform other administrative actions
reasonably necessary to obtain the required permit for the project.
The proposed work consists of preparation and repainting of the exterior of all existing
residential buildings within the Parkside Townhomes community, including minor surface
preparation and repairs as necessary. The project will also include a change to the existing
exterior paint colors.
This authorization does not grant the agent ownership or any interest in the property. It
authorizes the agent solely to act on behalf of the property owner for purposes of the City's
permitting process and the proposed painting project.
The property owner consents to the proposed work and authorizes the above-named agent to
represent the owner before the City of Boynton Beach in connection with this permit application.
