Project Location: 2751 S Evergreen Circle, Boynton Beach, Fl, 33426
The undersigned, being the authorized representative(s) of the property owner, hereby provide
written consent for the submission of a permit application to the City of Boynton Beach for the
proposed exterior painting project at the Parkside Townhomes community.
The proposed project consists of preparation and repainting of the exterior surfaces of all
existing residential buildings within the community, including cleaning, scraping, sanding,
minor surface preparation and repairs as necessary, and application of new exterior -grade
paint/coatings.
The project will include a change to the existing exterior paint colors. No changes to the
existing building footprint, building height, structural components, use, or number of dwelling
units are proposed.
The undersigned authorize the permit application to be submitted to the City of Boynton Beach
and consent to the proposed work being performed in accordance with the approved plans,
applicable City requirements, and applicable building codes.
