The Harbors Community Association, Inc.
The Harbors Community Association, Inc. is requesting approval to repaint the exterior of the
community buildings as part of a planned exterior maintenance and improvement project.
The proposed work consists solely of repainting the existing building exteriors. There will be no
changes to the building footprints, architectural design, building height, site layout, landscaping,
parking, or use of the property.
The proposed exterior color scheme will consist of Sherwin-Williams Coastal Resort, Smoky Blue,
and Greek Villa White. The repainting is intended to refresh and maintain the appearance of the
community and provide a cohesive updated exterior color scheme.
The Harbors Community Association, Inc. respectfully requests approval of the proposed exterior
repainting and color selections.
