PALM BEACH COUNTY RECORDS IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGES

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 88-JJ approved the final plat for
Lawrence Grove, Plat No.1, for which a }')E!rfonnance bond was posted and an
administration fee paid, and,
WHEREAS, the cost. for the improvements have not changed for the
previously platted Lawrence Grove, and,
WHEREAS, an additional filing fee of $250.00 has been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CCMMISSSION OF THE
