The riprap material shall be installed concurrently with construction of the dock and in accordance with Sheets 3 and 4. 5. The permittee shall ensure that all construction activities in open water will cease upon sighting of manatees within 200 yards of the project area. Construction activities will not resume until the manatees have departed the project area. 6. This permit shall be kept at the work site of the permitted activity during the entire period of construction or operation. Section 10D- S.110 of the Florida Administrative Code requires sanitary facilities to be located within 200 feet of the waters edge. Show the proposed facilities on the site-plan. 2. A rinse shower is required within 15 feet of the waters edge. 3. Exterior pool lighting and required fences should be indicated on the site-plan. 4. A parking area should be provided in conformance with Chapter 5~ Article 10 of the Boynton Beach City Code. 5. All common facilities should be handicapped accessible and a marked handicapped parking stall provided in the parking area. 6.
