Dear Craig:
This is to advise you that on April 21, 1992, the City Commission
of Boynton Beach approved the Site Plan for the Seamist Centre at
the above referenced location.
The approval of the Site Plan was subject to the following
conditions:
1. Provide the written analysis of parking for the site to
be reviewed and approved by the City Commissionj
2. Add landscaping and decorative lighting to the north
elevationj
3. Add the gates to the dumpster detail;
4. Correct the handicap space on the east sidej
5. Add trees to hedge line on the west side;
6. Add a note to plans that offices on the second floor
are not liVing spacesj
7. Superimpose the Seamist plan on a Lighthouse Square
Marina plan so that the relationships between the two
development can be reviewed.
Items 1, 2 and 7 should be addressed immediately and Items 3, 4,
5 and 6 are minor in nature and can be adjusted on the exi~ting
plans or by providing staff with two copies of adjusted drawings
for inclusion in our files.
The Site Plan approval entitles you to develop the property as
shown on the approved plans. If you wish to modify the plan prior
to submission of your building plan, please contact the Planning
and Zoning Department. Modifications during the building permit
process will be handled as part of that process. The approval of
the Site Plan remains in effect for one year, until April 21,
1993. If an extension is needed, please forward your request to
the Planning and Zoning Department 30 days prior to the
expiration date.
