As shown on the attached plot plan the side setback on Lot 159 is 7.23 feet instead of the required 7.50 feet. This will result in 14.73 feet between the unit on Lot 159 and the unit on Lot 158. I talked to Mike Haig in the Zoning Dept. and he indicated that an administrative appr val could be granted if both Zoning and Planning agreed to the 7.23 feet.
