Mr. Cutro announced that Mike Rumpf has been selected as the Employee of the
Month for December.

In respcmse toa question posed by Ms. Huckle, Mr. Cutro explained that the C1 ty
Comn1Ss;'on did.not object to nightclubs 1n the M-l Zoning District, but felt
there shoul-dbe c~nditlonsplacedon the where they can be locat,ed. They
authorized staff to go ahead wlthanunderstandtng that If good criteria cannot
be fonm.i1ated, they will not accept the use in that District.
