Site Plans must be approved by the City Council for all projects, other, than single family or duplex residences, where either: (1) The value of new construction is greater than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00), or (2) A site plan for the premises has been previously approved by the City Council. The accompanying application must be completed for all site plans that require approval hy the City Council. Site plans for projects where the value of construction is one hundred thousand dollars ($IOO,OOO.OO) or less (excluding single family and duplex residences) are processed administratively by the Building Department. The accompanying application is not required in such instances, hm.Jever, all of the information requIred under "III. Site Plan Requirementsh must 'be included on two (2) copies of the site plan, which are submitted to the Building Department. 2. All applications for approval of site plans must be received and accepted by the City Planner at least thirteen (13) days prior to the regular meeting of the Planning arId Zoning Board.
