AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
CHAPTER 7.5 "ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION"
ARTICLE III "CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
LANDSCAPE CODE" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
TO PROVIDE A NEW SECTION THAT SHALL RELATE
TO DOWNTOWN REVIEW BOARD GRANTING OF APPEALS;
PROVIDING THAT EACH AND EVERY OTHER PROVISION
OF CHAPTER 7.5 SHALL ~MAIN IN FULL FORCE AND
EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY ENACTED; PROVIDING
, AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS
CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Chapter 7.5, Article III "Environmental
Regulations/Central Business District Landscape Code" of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby amended by
adding as follows:

Section 7.5-58 Downtown Review Board Appeals
Appeals to the Downtown Review Board from this Article
may be taken by any person aggrieved or by any officer
or bureau of the governing body of the City affected by a
decision of the administrative official within thirty (30)
days of such decision.
Section 2. Specific authority is hereby g1ven to codify this
ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. That should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof be declared by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the
remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
