January 24, 1996 Attn: Mr. Mike Haig: RE: Boynton Park of Commerce - Tower Site Dear Mr. Haig: As you know we have on behalf of AT & T Wireless, applied for a Use Determination and Height Exception for the above-referenced project. The Use Determination is to allow the communications facility as an allowed use in this PID and the Height Exception is for the 100 ft. monopole cellular communications tower. These facilities are proposed as an accessory use to the current AT & T wireless operations located at the Boynton Park of Commerce. To supplement the documents previously submitted, we have attached the following: 1. Three (3) copies of the proposed Site Plan for the facilities. 2. One (1) copy of the Line of Site Analysis showing the tower facilities from four (4) view points. We are subm itting these items to help clarify the actions requested and to better identify the minimal impact of this facility.
