Shuey, P.A. 1400 Centrepark Boulevard Suite 860 West Palm Beach, Florida 33401 Re: Request for Platting Exemption - warnke Dear Mr. Shuey: Planning and Zoning Director Heyden has denied approval of an exemption to platting for the Warnke property for two reason, as follows: 1. Adequate access to the easternmost lot is inadequate, and 2. The proposed property line between the two lots is close to, but does not mirror, the zoning line separating commercial zoning from residential zoning. Her position apparently is that these two circumstances can only be resolved through the platting process. If you have specific questions for her, she can be reached at 375-6261.
