Reason given (that property is surplus) is only true if it does not deny access to any adjacent property (LDR Chapter 22, Article III, Section 2, Paragraph D, Pg.22-6). 4. No unity of title or written acceptance of all adjacent property owners was submitted (LDR Chapter 22, Article III, Section 2, Paragraph E, Page 22-6). 5. They wish to contact the adjoining property owners to the north to obtain their approval to quick-claim all of the road ROW to Hunter's Run, in order that they might add an additional entrance lane to the subdivision. As Charter Drive seems to be a dead-end roadway, please evaluate and provide a recommendation as to whether or not the City should abandon this ROW. I hope to schedule this item for City Commission discussion for November 1. Thank you.
