Dear Mr. Rumpf:
Please accept this letter as our request on behalf of Lowe's Companies. Inc.. to modify the Master
Plan of the Boynton Commerce Center P.LD., by removing Parcel3A The reason for this request
is to enable the property to be combined with the adjacent property to the north, for the purpose of
independently developing a Lowe's home improvement store. As companion applications to this
request, we are requesting a Comprehensive Plan amendment and Rezoning ofParcel3A to make
the Future Land Use Map designation and Zoning consistent with the adjacent property to the north.
Also, we have made application to receive Conditional Use and Site Plan approvals for the overall
combined property.
The legal description for the subject property is:
Parcel 3A of the Plat of Boynton Commerce Center, According to the Plat thereof. as
recorded in Plat Book 46, Pages 126 & 127 of the Public records of Palm Beach County,
Florida.
We have submitted surveys of the property as a part of our Land Use Amendment and Rezoning
application. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
