RE: Section 3. Pre-application for Las Palmas Landing
Dear Mr. Annunziato:
Please include the above captioned re-plat on the agenda of the planning
and zoning board.
This re-plat consists of Fisherman's Landing (PB 43,pp.77 & 78) and
lot 13 of Las Palmas Park (PB 25,p.242). We propose to reduce the
number of single family lots from eleven to eight, change the road
plan and relocate some utility lines.
The property
was platted.

There is no significant vegetation. The soil is mostly

Public utility service is presently available to the lots with modification
to existing lines necessary for only two of the eight lots. Drainage
will be very similar to the old plat.
The new lots are irregular in shape and rangE from 11,511 s.f. to
21,355 s.L
A homeowners association will control some of the dockage, the landscape
maintenance as well as the island in the middle of the cul de sac and
any entry feature.
All existing covenants to neighboring homeowners will be honored.
The developer will be Las Palmas Intercoastal, Inc. a Florida Corpor-
ation in process of formation. The two principals are D.J. Snapp III
and Giles Lauren.
