A permit will be required for the dock from the Corps of Engineers. 2. Parking spaces should be graded without being swaled. Relative elevations with respect to existing pavement should be shown. 3. Additional parking details and dimensions are required. A cross-section thru the parking spaces showing the rock beyond the asphalt should be shown. The landscape hedge around the pool perimeter should be clearly delineated as, to the size of hedge plants, quantities, spacing, etc. 2. An automatic irrigation system for all landscaped areas should be noted and installed. 3. All trees planted must be 8' in height at time of planting. 4.
